Buying Job Advertising
When does my job go live?
After payment you submit your job details. We review every advertisement and usually publish it within 1–2 business days. Each one-time ad runs for 30 days from submission.
What's the difference between a job ad and a monthly plan?
A job ad is a single 30-day listing with a one-time payment. Monthly employer plans include multiple active listings and recurring promotion, and renew monthly until canceled.
How do monthly plans cancel?
Subscribers can update their card or cancel anytime from the Employer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing month.
Do you guarantee applicants or hires?
No. These are paid advertising and promotional services. We don't guarantee any number of applicants, interviews, hires, or advertising views.
Where are Facebook posts shared?
On Trades Forward's own official Facebook page. Sharing to third-party groups may happen where permitted but is not guaranteed.
Is my payment a donation?
No. Employer purchases pay for commercial advertising services. They are not donations and are not tax deductible.
